Returns & Replacements

At Keri Petals, every order is carefully inspected and lovingly packed to ensure your items arrive in beautiful condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.

  • Damaged or Missing Items
    If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@keripetals.com.

    To help us assist you quickly, please include:
  1. Clear photos showing the damage (for damaged items)
  2. Photos of the entire package and its contents (for missing items)
  3. Your order number or packing slip

Once your issue is confirmed, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind Returns
    Due to international shipping and customs processes, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or non-product-related reasons. We appreciate your understanding and support.

  • Clearance Items
