Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@keripetals.com.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
- For damaged items: Clear photos showing the damage
- For missing items: Photos of the entire package and its contents
- Order number or packing slip
Once your issue is confirmed, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of international shipping and customs processes, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns for change of mind or other non-product-related reasons. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. However, if they arrive damaged, please send us clear photos — we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
