At Keri Petals, we carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your items arrive damaged or if there are missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to help us assist you:

  • For damaged items, please provide clear photos showing the damage.

  • For missing items, please provide photos of the received package and its contents to help verify the missing product.

We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Due to international shipping and customs processes, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns for change of mind or other non-product-related reasons. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Please note:

  • Clearance items are final sale, but if they arrive damaged, please provide photos so we can offer a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Keep all original packaging and include your order number or packing slip when contacting us.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
