Returns & Replacements

- Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@keripetals.com.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:
- Clear photos showing the damage (for damaged items)
- Photos of the entire package and its contents (for missing items)
- Your order number or packing slip
Once your issue is confirmed, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Change of Mind Returns

- Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if they arrive damaged, please send us clear photos — we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
