Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand — sometimes plans change.
Our team works quickly to prepare and ship your order, so once it's been processed, cancellation may not always be possible. If your order has already cleared customs, unfortunately, it can no longer be canceled.

Our faux flowers are crafted from a variety of high-quality modern materials — including polyester, EVA, PVC, plastic, and wire — carefully selected for their durability and lifelike appearance. Each arrangement uses a unique combination to achieve the most realistic look and feel.
Please note that while the term “silk flowers” is still commonly used, our products are not made from actual silk. It has become a general term to describe faux floral designs, regardless of the materials used.
